Build the first Product Team of mobile app to give a whole new singular dimension.

The aim was to give uniqueness and purpose to the mobile application.

· Customized services to privileged relationship with the brand
The Product Strategy was co-defined with Directors of key departments. Here was the plan :
· where the strategy comes from : the diagnosis
· what problem we are trying to tackle : the challenge
· how we plan to tackle the problem : the purpose
· what success should look like : the enduring state, from which we can easily derive intermediate objectives and indicators of success.
· why we think solving this problem is good for us : desirability.
· why we think we can tackle this problem in this way : accessibility.
· what we definitely don’t want to achieve : the anti-goals.

Define the vision
· Co-define the vision of the new app with Directors and AKQA Agency

· Unite the mobile app’s product, tech and design teams to work together: from 30 to 60 people.
· Anticipate impacts with other teams (retails, services, communication).
· Review and refine design produce
· Monitoring of production progress within agile teams.
· Preparation of future functionalities to provide customized customer services.
